Plant Boiler OperatorPresidential Staffing Solutions, LLC is seeking a skilled Plant Boiler Operator to join a dynamic team in French Camp, CA. This is a hands-on opportunity for an experienced operator to play a critical role in keeping plant operations running safely and efficiently. If you thrive in an industrial environment and take pride in precision and safety, we want to hear from you!Operate, monitor, and maintain high-pressure boilers and related plant equipmentPerform routine inspections of boiler systems, steam lines, and auxiliary equipmentMonitor gauges, meters, and control panels to ensure optimal operating conditionsConduct water treatment testing and chemical dosing to maintain boiler water qualityIdentify and troubleshoot mechanical issues, performing minor repairs as neededMaintain accurate operational logs and document equipment performance dataAdhere to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and plant safety proceduresValid California Boiler Operator license or equivalent certification preferred1-3 years of experience operating industrial boilers in a plant or manufacturing environmentWorking knowledge of steam systems, water treatment, and combustion controlsAbility to read and interpret gauges, meters, and technical manualsStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsAbility to work rotating shifts, weekends, or on-call as requiredReliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented with strong communication skillsPresidential Staffing Solutions, LLC is a trusted staffing partner dedicated to connecting skilled professionals with top employers across a variety of industries.
