Warehouse AssociateCore ResponsibilitiesOrder Picking: Retrieve products from warehouse shelves, racks, or bins using paper lists, voice systems, or handheld RF (radio frequency) scannersPacking: Select the correct boxes, envelopes, and protective materials (such as bubble wrap) to secure items during transitLabeling & Staging: Weigh, seal, and attach shipping labels with barcodes, then place completed packages in designated zones for carriers.General Warehouse Duties: Restock inventory shelves, perform cycle counts, handle returns, and keep the workspace clean.Qualifications & RequirementsEducation: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is typically preferred, though formal degrees are rarely required.Experience: Must have warehouse experience. Forklift a plus!Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift packages (frequently up to 40–50 lbs) for long shiftsKey Skills: Attention to detail, basic math and computer literacy, time management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
