Logistics Operations ManagerDispatch & Project CoordinationWieser Concrete Products, Inc.$36–$42/hour + Overtime | Full-Time | In-PersonPosition OverviewWieser Concrete Products, Inc. is a manufacturer of precast concrete products for agricultural, commercial, highway, and underground applications.We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Logistics Operations Manager to oversee daily truck dispatching, delivery scheduling, load planning, and customer project coordination.This is a critical, hands-on operational management position responsible for coordinating multiple trucks, drivers, customers, and delivery schedules. The individual serves as a central point of communication between drivers, loaders, production facilities, sales personnel, and customers.The ideal candidate is a strong decision-maker who can anticipate challenges, solve problems, and balance customer needs with fleet efficiency and operational demands.Exceptional attention to detail, highly dependable attendance, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily truck dispatching, driver assignments, delivery schedules, and load planningCoordinate customer projects involving multiple deliveries, specialized equipment, and changing jobsite requirementsMaximize fleet efficiency through effective routing, scheduling, and resource utilizationWork closely with dispatchers at other Wieser Concrete locations to coordinate deliveries and optimize company-wide transportation resourcesCommunicate with customers, drivers, sales personnel, production teams, and loaders to ensure timely and accurate deliveriesAnticipate scheduling conflicts, adjust plans as circumstances change, and proactively resolve problemsTake ownership of daily logistics operations while balancing customer satisfaction, safety, and transportation costsQualifications & SkillsExperience in dispatching, trucking, logistics, transportation, or project coordination preferredKnowledge of CDL regulations, oversized loads, permits, and transportation requirements is a plusStrong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skillsAbility to read basic blueprints and understand measurements, weights, and product dimensionsProficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and other scheduling systemsAbility to manage multiple communication channels simultaneously, including phone, text, radio, email, and in personExcellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressureExperience in agriculture, excavation, construction, underground utilities, or concrete-related industries is beneficialStrong work ethic, dependable attendance, attention to detail, and willingness to take ownership of responsibilitiesCompensation & BenefitsStarting pay: $36–$42 per hour, depending on experience and qualificationsOvertime paid at time and a halfMedical insurance, HSA, and supplemental benefits, including dental, vision, life, short term disability, critical illness and hospital401(k)/Roth retirement plan with employer match (after one year)Paid holidays and earned paid time offProfit-sharingScheduleFull-time, in-person positionMonday–Friday, typically 10-hour shifts (7am-5pm)Initial probationary periodThis is an important role within Wieser Concrete's operations, offering the opportunity to make a direct impact on customer satisfaction, fleet productivity, and overall company performance.Wieser Concrete Products, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
