What You'll Do

• Lead fun, motivating, safe, and effective group fitness classes.
• Create a welcoming environment where members feel encouraged and supported.
• Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and offer modifications for different fitness levels.
• Build relationships with members and help make every class a great experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe studio.
• Communicate with your club team and help arrange class coverage when needed.

What We're Looking For

• A current, valid certification approved for the group fitness format you want to teach.
• We also offer in-house training and certification.
• A passion for fitness and a desire to motivate others.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
• The ability to demonstrate exercises, provide clear instruction, and offer appropriate modifications.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to providing an excellent member experience.
