Accounting & Finance Internship Build Business Insight That Matters What You’ll Experience Support meaningful work across corporate accounting, revenue accounting, tax, financial planning and analysis, project analysis, or related finance teams. Partner with experienced managers and staff while building your understanding of finance and corporate accounting in a large company environment. Use tools and systems such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, SAP, Oracle, or another ERP system to support practical business needs. Develop your Microsoft Office skills and learn how financial information supports planning, analysis, reporting, and business decisions. Real Projects Interns May Work On Support month-end accounting close activities and related reporting workflows. Contribute to budgeting, planning, and analysis projects. Assist with financial analysis for Esri’s international locations. Support general accounting or tax-related activities, including research and analysis. What You’ll Gain Hands-on experience in accounting, finance, planning, analysis, and business operations. Exposure to professional finance systems, processes, controls, and cross-functional business partners. Mentorship, feedback, and a clearer view of career paths in corporate finance and accounting. We’re Excited to Meet Students Who Are currently enrolled in a four-year undergraduate, graduate, or PhD program at a university in the United States, studying Accounting, Finance, or a related field with a graduation date of 2027 or 2028. For undergraduate students, are in junior or senior standing. Have coursework, experience, or interest in accounting, finance, planning, analysis, business systems, or related areas. Have knowledge of at least one application or system such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, SAP, Oracle, or another ERP system. Are curious, collaborative, detail-oriented, and interested in learning through real work. Can complete a consecutive, onsite 12-week internship beginning in May or June 2027 in Redlands, CA. Are authorized to work for any employer in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available for this posting. Compensation and Benefits The pay range for this internship takes into account education level and previous relevant work experience, including specialized skill sets. Interns who meet minimum qualifications during their internship may also qualify for 401(k) and profit share. A reasonable estimate of the base pay range is $26-$30ph.
